Celia Pankhurst

Celia Pankhurst holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from Auckland University of Technology and is a certified member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Advocacy for Business Banking at ASB Bank since January 2019, Celia brings extensive experience from the Financial Markets Authority, where from 2010 to January 2019, a managerial role involved overseeing a unified Supervision team focused on various financial services monitoring, including AML/CFT, Risk and Compliance, Governance, and Culture. Prior to this, Celia worked as a Senior Adviser in QFE Monitoring at SHARE NZ Ltd and held a Group Systems Manager position.
