Felicity Arapoff

Felicity Arapoff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and legal consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Regulatory Change at ASB Bank since October 2017, Felicity previously held the role of Manager in Regulation and Policy within the Compliance department. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Consultant in the Complaints & Advisory division at HSBC and a Locum Lawyer at Simmons & Simmons, where Felicity represented a large bank in financial markets. An internship in Shell's in-house legal team provided insight into the upstream exploration and production sector. Felicity began a legal career as a Solicitor at Meredith Connell, representing New Zealand government agencies. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Studies from the University of Otago, and further education from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
