Kathleen Young

Kathleen Young possesses extensive experience in technology and business management within the financial sector, currently serving as the Delivery Practice - Technology Domain Lead and Senior Programme Lead at ASB Bank since 2006. In this role, Kathleen manages technology, business, and compliance programmes, overseeing Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, and Coaches. Prior to ASB Bank, Kathleen held several key positions at Credit Suisse from 1992 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing operations and product control across multiple Asia Pacific regions. Kathleen also began her career as a Capital Markets Accountant at Toronto Dominion Bank in London. Academically, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from Victoria University of Wellington, an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, and is a Chartered Accountant with the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants.
