Kristina Kilner

Kristina Kilner is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs at ASB Bank since June 2023, focusing on ministerial engagement and establishing relationships with key ministries. Prior to this, Kristina held the position of Head of Regulatory Affairs at Sovereign and AIA NZ from July 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing regulatory changes and coordinating responses to government policy. Previously, Kristina served at Forsters LLP, progressing from Head of Risk and Compliance to Compliance and Training Manager, focusing on regulatory compliance and risk management. Additional roles include Senior Conference Producer/Project Manager at C5 and Solicitor at Holland Beckett, specializing in Corporate, Commercial, and Property Law. Kristina holds a law degree (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Canterbury.
