Piotr Gruszczyk

Piotr Gruszczyk's work experience includes various roles in the field of Agile coaching and project management. Piotr currently works at ASB Bank as a Delivery Lead for Payments. Prior to this, Piotr worked at New Zealand Post as a Senior Agile Coach and at Propellerhead as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Piotr also served as a Scrum Master at Grand Parade and held multiple positions at Motorola Solutions, including Senior Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, Technical Lead. Piotr has extensive experience in leading and coaching Agile teams in the software industry.

Piotr Gruszczyk obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from AGH University of Krakow, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Piotr has acquired several certifications in the field of Agile and Scrum. Piotr obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification from ICAgile in July 2022. In April 2022, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF) certification and the Instructor Certification (ICP) from ICAgile. Prior to that, in March 2021, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) certification from ICAgile. Piotr is also certified as a Professional Scrum Master II by Scrum.org since March 2017. Piotr holds the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in May 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification in April 2016 and the Professional Scrum Master I certification in September 2015, both from Scrum.org.
