Rita Yassi

Rita Yassi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and banking sectors. Currently serving as CXO at ASB Bank since November 2022, Rita previously spent over a decade at Orion Health in various roles including Product Specialist and Implementation Consultant, where responsibilities included migrating solutions to AWS and delivering healthcare solutions across Spain, France, and the UK. Experience encompasses technical problem-solving, Agile project management, and the creation of comprehensive documentation for healthcare software products. Earlier, as a Biomedical Engineering Researcher at The University of Auckland, Rita contributed to the development of software for analyzing gastrointestinal recordings, resulting in multiple journal publications and awards. Academic qualifications include a PhD, MEng, and B.E. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Auckland.
