Samir Sultan

Samir Sultan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business analysis, recruitment, and financial management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at ASB Resources since February 2025, Samir specializes in gathering business requirements and analyzing data for process improvement. Previously, Samir worked as a Recruitment Manager at Equity Packaging Inc. from October 2020 to February 2025, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing the candidate pipeline. Prior to this, Samir held various managerial roles, including General Manager and Finance Manager/Analyst at Equity Packaging Inc. from January 2007 to March 2020. Samir’s early career included a position as Financial Services Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from June 2004 to October 2006. Samir holds an MBA in Finance from Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research and a BEng in Construction Engineering from M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering.
