Natalia Grishina's work experience begins in 1998 as a Project Manager at the International Institute of Business, where they represented the CIM (UK) Study Centre in Ukraine and developed marketing plans. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Brand Manager at Milkiland, supporting a diversified dairy producer in Russia and Ukraine. Natalia conducted marketing audits, developed strategies, and initiated the launch of a dairy umbrella brand.
In 2003, Natalia joined AVK as a Brand Manager, overseeing the tablets and chocolate bars segment. Natalia executed the design and launch of the "Persona" brand and handled strategic planning. In 2005, they became the Group Brand Manager, responsible for the chocolate product category and overseeing two brand managers. Natalia drove the success of AVK's new business strategy through brand architecture updates and communication strategies.
From 2009 to 2011, Natalia served as the Marketing Manager at AVK, responsible for all product categories in Ukraine. Natalia supervised a team, managed profit and loss, and collaborated with trade marketing and advertising agencies.
In 2011, Natalia joined Bunge Ukraine as the Marketing Manager, where they were accountable for strategic marketing of food categories. Natalia conducted market analysis, coordinated with trade marketing teams and advertising agencies, and managed profits and losses for all food categories.
Finally, Natalia currently holds the role of CMO at ASBIS, a position they started in March 2021.
Natalia Grishina obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Specialist degree in Economics, with a focus on Management Information Systems, between 1989 and 1995 at Kiev State University of Economics.
