Ramon Capua is an experienced Plant Manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Asbury Carbons since July 2024, Ramon previously managed plant operations at Polyglass USA, Inc. and ICP Group, overseeing the production of weatherproof roofing membranes and floor coating products, respectively.
