Loren Parkins

Loren Parkins currently serves as Manager of Business & Legal Affairs at ASCAP since May 2023. Previously, Loren served as Senior Director of Music & Media Licensing at Showtime Networks Inc. from September 2017 to February 2023, leading licensing efforts for promotional content and collaborating with marketing teams on music clearances. Prior experience includes founding Loren Parkins Music & Radio LLC, where Loren functioned as Executive Music & Radio Producer, and over 18 years at BBDO New York in various executive roles. Educational qualifications include a BA in Composition from Berklee College of Music, an MA in Communications from Emerson College, and a diploma in Music from Cass Technical High School.
