Woody Moran

Woody Moran has extensive experience in the music industry and business management. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Artichoke Community Music since January 2024, Moran is also the owner of Namba Gear, a Portland, OR based company founded in December 2007 that specializes in premium carrying solutions for musicians. As a songwriter with Sombrero Fallout Music since 2007, notable achievements include charting at #1 for 42 weeks on Broadjam’s Folk-Rock Chart and being a finalist in the 2008 International Singer Songwriter Association contest. Previously, positions included Executive Vice President of Sales at Native Instruments GmbH, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at M-Audio, District Sales Manager at Samick Music Corp, and Vice President/Managing Director USA at Akai Professional. Woody Moran attended Oklahoma Christian University from 1970 to 1972.
