Helena Wennerström

Helena Wennerström is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board member for TVM Consulting i Göteborg AB and as Vice President of Corporate Finance at ViaCon Group since September 2020, Helena also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer within the same organization. Helena has been a member of the Board of Directors for Ascelia Pharma AB since November 2017. Previously, Helena was Executive Vice President and CFO at Bulten AB from July 2014 to August 2020, and served in various financial leadership positions at Bulten AB and FinnvedenBulten AB. Earlier career roles include Finance Manager at Digitalfabriken AB and Administrative Chef at Topcon. Helena holds a degree in Business Economics from Örebro University, earned between 1985 and 1988.
