Shannon Dubberly, PMP

Shannon Dubberly, PMP has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Shannon most recently worked as the Director of Information Technology at Ascella Technologies, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Information Technology Project Manager at Balfour Beatty US from May 2020 to September 2022.

Shannon has also held positions such as IT Manager, Project Management at Oil States Industries from September 2017 to April 2020, and Senior Project Manager at ACTIVE Network, LLC from June 2015 to September 2017. At ACTIVE Network, they were responsible for implementing and upgrading the company's products and maintaining client relationships.

Before that, Shannon worked as a Project Manager at Sunquest Information Systems from December 2013 to February 2015, where they oversaw project plans and resources for client projects and ensured milestone delivery. Shannon Dubberly, PMP, holds a Master of International Affairs (MPIA) degree in International Affairs & National Security from Texas A&M University, which was earned from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, Shannon completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Russian Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government, both from Texas A&M University, from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to Shannon's educational achievements, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2011. Shannon also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Booz Allen Hamilton, which was obtained in July 2009. Furthermore, Shannon obtained the Procore-Certified: Student certification from Procore Technologies in May 2020.
