Carl Cooley

Carl Cooley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carl'smost recent position was as the Director of Information Technology at Milan Supply Chain Solutions, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Project Manager at the same company starting from April 2020. From 2009 to the present, they served as a School Board Member at Lexington City. Carl was also Secretary/Treasurer of the Tennessee State Soccer Association from November 2012 to April 2020. Carl held the position of Information Technology Officer at Merchants & Planters Bank from December 2014 to August 2018. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Sawyers & Jacobs, LLC from November 2013 to November 2014. Carl was the VP - Information Technology at Community South Bank from March 2007 to November 2013. Carl also held various positions at FirstBank, including VP-IS from January 1999 to August 2006, Asset Liability Manager from January 1997 to January 1999, and Lender from July 1991 to January 1997.

Carl Cooley began their education in 1981 at Memphis University School, where they pursued a general course of study. Carl then attended the University of Mississippi in 1985, focusing on finance, but did not obtain a degree. From 1986 to 1989, they studied at The University of Memphis and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Mississippi, pursuing further studies in finance, specifically in the general field.
