Ascend delivers real-time mental performance insights for college athletic departments.

Athletic departments invest millions in physical training, nutrition, and recovery, but the mental side of performance remains invisible. Ascend changes that. Our platform gives coaches and performance staff insights into team readiness: focus, confidence, recovery, and consistency across long seasons.

Athletes complete short daily check-ins built on sports psychology and neuroscience. Coaches see aggregated readiness data that helps them know when to push, when to pull back, and which athletes need support before performance drops or problems escalate.

Because the toughest battles in sport aren't physical. They're mental, and now they're measurable.
