Xena Blair

Xena Blair, MSW, currently serves as a Primary Individual and Family Therapist at Ascend Healthcare, providing tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health issues. Prior experience includes working as a Clinical Case Manager at Ascencia, where Xena identified care needs for clients facing substance use disorders and chronic homelessness, and as an MSWI Psychotherapist at UniHealth Counseling and Psychology, conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Additionally, Xena held the position of Intensive Case Manager at The People Concern, managing a high acuity caseload and coordinating care for clients with complex challenges. Xena began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at Antioch University, contributing to research design and data collection. Xena holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University.
