Elaina Morris

Elaina Morris has a strong background in business development and management. Elaina is currently the Founding Partner, President, and CEO of Ascend Hospitality Group, a role they have held since November 2016. Prior to that, they were a Principal at JEM Hospitality Inc. starting in January 2015.

Elaina also has experience in the children's entertainment industry, as they founded WiggleWorks Kids in April 2012. This indoor soft-play playground and party facility focuses on promoting socialization and physical activity for infants through preschool-age children.

Earlier in their career, Elaina held various roles in business development and global account management. Elaina was the Director of Business Development and Contact Center Practice Leader at ecenta America from July 2008 to July 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Alliance Director for Microsoft and SAP at Avaya from January 2005 to May 2008. Elaina also served as a Global Account Manager for Microsoft Account at Qwest from May 2003 to January 2005, and for News Corporation Account at SBC Communications from August 2000 to May 2003.

Elaina's first role in their career was as an Account Manager at Westinghouse Communications in 1999.

Elaina Morris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/International Business from Greensboro College in the years 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2005.
