Pam Parker

Pam Parker currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Ascend, Inc., a position held since June 2024. Previously, Pam worked at HRMS Solutions, Inc. from December 2012 to February 2022, where roles included VP Finance and People and VP of Finance, focusing on aligning financial functions with company goals and managing accounting, payroll, and human resources services. Earlier experience includes serving as CFO at Legal Aid of North Carolina and as a Senior Consultant at Huckstep & Associates, where responsibilities included implementing HR and payroll software. Pam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Wesleyan University.
