Jennifer Berry, NREMT, CSPO, has extensive experience in content management and editorial roles within the emergency medical services field. Starting as a staff writer at Sullivan Daily Times, Jennifer progressed to various positions including Advertising Sales Manager and Writer at Flottsom Communications, Web Editor and Managing Editor at Elsevier, and Managing Editor at PennWell, overseeing editorial projects and leading editorial teams. As a Product Owner at Fisdap and later as Product Manager at Public Safety Group, Jennifer managed key programs and accreditation processes while contributing to EMS education and recertification initiatives. Currently serving as Content Manager at Ascend Learning, Jennifer combines a strong foundation in journalism with expertise in emergency medical technology, backed by relevant certifications and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
