Sandra Annesi, DNP, is the Vice President of Client Success, overseeing a remote team of over 800 employees in the e-learning platform environment. They have a strong background in leadership, product development, and service delivery, achieving remarkable client retention and satisfaction rates. Previously, Sandra held various leadership roles at Ascend Learning, where they contributed to significant growth in NCLEX review products and curriculum integration services. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice focused in Nursing Administration from the University of North Florida, Sandra also has experience as an online faculty member across multiple universities and is an active member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in executive positions.
