Guillermina Cabello

Guillermina Cabello is an experienced Talent Acquisition Director currently with Ascend IT Management Consulting since August 2019, specializing in strategic recruitment initiatives. Previously, at CompuCom, Guillermina led a team of 12 in full life cycle recruiting for various IT positions and implemented cross-training to enhance team capabilities. As a Sr. Global Sourcer at Poly, Guillermina focused on sourcing talent across Mexico, the USA, and Asia for IT and sales roles. With a long tenure at Terss, Guillermina developed strategies for acquiring IT talent and contributed to pre-sales activities for nearshore services. Early in her career, Guillermina launched a web-based Career Center for college students and recent graduates. Guillermina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
