Alejandro Hernandez

Alejandro Hernandez is a Senior Project Manager at Ascend Performance Materials, overseeing multidisciplinary Capital Projects since August 2021. With extensive experience in engineering and project management, Alejandro previously held positions at Worley as Engineering Manager and Project Manager, leading construction engineering management and interdisciplinary coordination. Earlier roles include Engineer Manager at WorleyParsons, where support was provided to engineering teams and stakeholder presentations were prepared, and Discipline Leader at Inelectra, supervising projects through various engineering phases. Alejandro has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University, an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Universidad José María Vargas.
