Changhoi Kim

Changhoi Kim has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Changhoi started their career in 2000 as an Overseas Sales Representative for Synthetic Rubbers at Hyundai Petrochemical Co. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at DuPont as a Sales Representative for Engineering Plastics, where they gained experience in key account management and leadership in cross-functional teams.

In 2008, Changhoi joined LG Chem, where they held various roles over the years. Changhoi started as a Senior Sales Manager for Super Absorbent Polymer, leading a sub-group and setting sales strategies. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Head of Sales, responsible for building sales strategies for LG Chem's chemical products in Europe. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Head of Procurement, leading a team responsible for purchasing raw materials. Finally, from 2022 to 2023, they served as the Head of Sales for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

In 2023, Changhoi joined Ascend Performance Materials as the Head of Commercial.

Changhoi Kim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sogang University in 1999. Later, in 2008, they completed their Master's degree in Industrial Administration from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
