Debbie Trout

Debbie Trout has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and planning roles. Debbie is currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Director at Ascend Performance Materials since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ALKEGEN as the Sr. Director of Global S&OP from December 2021 to July 2022. Debbie also held various positions at Celanese, including Director of Global Supply Chain, Global Planning and Strategic Supply Chain Manager, and Global Demand Manager.

Before joining Celanese, they worked as a Global Demand Manager at Cytec from July 2010 to February 2013. Debbie started their career at Celanese in 2008 as a Global Supply Chain Analyst. Debbie also served as the Inventory Control Manager at Danaher Tool Group in 2007.

In their early career, Debbie worked at Ingersoll Rand as a Planning Manager, where they managed a team and implemented process improvements for the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process.

Debbie Trout earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University between 1997 and 1999.
