Nikki Huffman

Nikki Huffman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Nikki is currently working at Ascend Performance Materials as the Business Development Director for Acteev by Ascend. Prior to this role, they held the position of Principal Business Development Manager, Textiles.

Before joining Ascend Performance Materials, Nikki worked at JANA KOS division of Style Partners Inc. as a Senior District Sales Manager. Nikki was responsible for identifying and facilitating business development growth opportunities for the start-up company.

Nikki also has experience working at Bill Blass as a District Sales Manager, where they coached and managed a regional team and implemented successful sales processes. Nikki worked at The Worth Collection as a Divisional Sales Director, where they standardized cross-functional training and drove marketing efforts for new business development.

Earlier in their career, Nikki worked at SOLUTIA INC in various roles, including Utilities Team Leader, Adipic Acid Oxidation Specialist, Training and Development Leader, Halcon and Wharf Team Facilitator, and Manufacturing Project Engineer.

Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on improving productivity, and a track record of achieving growth and meeting customer expectations.

Nikki Huffman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama. Nikki has also obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Ascend Performance Materials.
