Bonnie Stewart

Bonnie Stewart is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a diverse background in pediatric and school-based services. Currently serving as an Occupational Therapist at Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. since August 2022 and as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for the Antioch Unified School District since January 2022, Bonnie has previously held similar roles in the Mount Diablo Unified School District from December 2016 to December 2021 and worked as a consultant for Supplemental Health Care from March 2011 to September 2015, providing services across various settings including skilled nursing facilities and local hospitals. Prior occupational therapy experience includes a decade with VTA Management, delivering contracted services to the NYC Board of Education, and a staff position with the NYC Board of Education from September 1996 to June 1998. Additionally, Bonnie is a freelance writer with a focus on occupational therapy, having contributed to Merion Publishers from December 2004 to 2011. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
