Lucia Santos-Lee

Lucia Santos-Lee is an experienced Infant Development Specialist at Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. since February 2021, previously serving as the Lead Early Interventionist at Stars Therapy Services from March 2017 to December 2020. In this role, Lucia provided oversight and training for Early Interventionists, managed Early Start cases in Santa Clara County, and performed quality checks on reports while supporting administrative staff. As an Early Interventionist, Lucia empowered families of children with developmental delays through education and resource provision, administered developmental assessments, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Earlier in their career, Lucia held positions as Kinder Humanities Teacher at Rocketship Education and Preschool Teacher at CCLC.
