Nicole C. is an experienced Occupational Therapist, currently serving as a School-Based Occupational Therapist at Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole was contracted with FOUNDATIONS THERAPY SERVICES, working with children aged 5-22 with various disabilities from August 2017 to June 2020.
