Rodney Bell

Rodney Bell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and operations architecture. Rodney began a career at Geek Squad as a Special Agent from August 2005 to August 2012, providing on-site support for SMB customers and managing technologies such as Windows Server, SQL, and network configurations. At mindSHIFT, a Ricoh company, from September 2012 to March 2018, Rodney served as a Customer Engineer II, focusing on customer onboarding and migrations. Subsequently, Rodney held positions as a Systems Engineer at Equilibrium IT Solutions from April 2018 to February 2019 and as a Systems Administrator at @properties from February 2019 to October 2021, managing server, network, and cloud infrastructures. Currently, Rodney is an Operations Architect at Ascend Technologies, specializing in Azure and AWS cloud solutions. Rodney earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Grinnell College and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, achieving a 4.0 cumulative GPA.
