Florent Faramond

Florent Faramond has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Florent is currently working as an Embedded Software Architect at Ascendance Flight Technologies since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Capgemini Engineering as a Team Leader Modelling & Simulation from July 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Capgemini Engineering, Florent spent a year at RUAG DEFENCE FRANCE, where they held two roles. Florent served as the Chief Engineer Cabin Simulator from April 2021 to July 2021 and as the IVVQ Responsible from November 2020 to April 2021.

From June 2019 to November 2020, Florent was an Embedded Systems Engineer at SAFRA SAS. Their responsibilities involved ISO26262 compliance and the deployment of various software tools.

Florent gained extensive experience at Continental, where they worked for over two years. Florent served as an Architect System Safety from November 2017 to June 2019 and as a System Engineer from October 2016 to October 2017.

Prior to joining Continental, Florent worked at ALTEN as a Consultant - System Engineer from February 2011 to September 2016.

Florent started their career at PSA Peugeot Citroën as a Control Law Design Engineer from October 2009 to January 2011. Before that, Florent worked as a Consultant - Diesel Engine Control Post Treatment Engineer at B2i Automotive Engineering from September 2008 to September 2009.

Florent also gained experience in technical sales at SPORT SYSTEM, where they worked as a Technical Sales from September 2007 to August 2008.

Florent Faramond earned an Engineer's degree in Ingénierie from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile. Florent attended the school from 2002 to 2008.
