Hugh Robinson

Hugh Robinson currently serves as the Transition & Transformation Director at Ascendant, following the company's acquisition of flinder in November 2024, where Hugh previously held the position of Transition and Transformation Senior Manager since March 2023. Before his tenure at flinder, Hugh was the Manager of Outsourcing at Gravita after the Deloitte Propel business acquisition, where responsibilities included team building and strategic consulting for outsourced accounting. Hugh also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Rooted Spices, managing operations and product sourcing from September 2020 to March 2023. His career began at Deloitte, where Hugh advanced from Finance Expert to Senior Finance Expert and eventually served as Assistant Audit Manager before leaving in May 2019. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Durham University, completed between 2009 and 2014.
