Paul Layte is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in finance and commercial management. As Co-Founder and Group Director at Ascendant since October 2024, Paul focuses on helping small businesses unlock their potential. In parallel, Paul has served as Founder and Chairman of Next Level Business since January 2015, delivering award-winning finance, tax, and CFO services to promote business growth. Paul previously held prominent roles, including Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Wenta, where guidance was provided for business start-ups, and Director positions at Future PLC and Regus PLC, overseeing significant aspects of media, publishing, and commercial management. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is part of the Financial Talent Executive Network.
