Greg Fickel

Greg Fickel has worked in the technology industry since 2000. Greg began their career at InterAmerica Technologies as a Systems Integration Coordinator, where they managed a team of 7 systems specialists and acted as a liaison between InterAmerica and the Member offices they supported. In 2010, they joined iConstituent as Director of Operations, where they developed and executed a tactical plan that helped achieve the strategic initiatives set by the Executive Management and the CEO. Greg also served as Director of Customer Support Operations, Implementations Manager, and US House Customer Support Manager. In 2022, they began working at Ascendant as Director of Projects, where they work with leadership, sales, and support to build internal processes that streamline the delivery of information used by all internal teams in support of the client lifecycle. Greg also helps to mature company processes and institute agile processes that further refine all activities.

Greg Fickel graduated from St. Vincent Pallotti High School in 1988 with a High School Diploma in General Studies.
