Ascendant Studios
Jiaoyang Palmer, also known as Sunny Sun, has over a decade of experience in animation, specializing in both in-game and cinematic animation. Since December 2019, Jiaoyang has served as a Senior Animator at Ascendant Studios. Prior professional roles include Senior Animator and Game Animator at Hangar 13 from December 2014 to December 2019, and Animator at 2K from September 2011 to December 2014, where projects included work on "The Bureau: XCOM Declassified." Jiaoyang's career began at Cloudburst Games, LLC as an Animator for titles such as "Nicky China" and "Duke Dog" from January 2011 to July 2011. Educational credentials include a Master Class in Animals and Creatures from Animation Mentor in 2011 and a degree from the Academy of Art University, completed in 2010.
