James Tom

James Tom has extensive experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Ascendia Pharmaceuticals since August 2020. Prior to this, James held various positions at AustarPharma, LLC, including Associate Director of QA and QA Manager, where responsibilities involved managing QA personnel and overseeing compliance processes. James began the career at AAIPharma Services Corp. as a Quality Assurance Compliance Auditor, and has also worked in technical support and laboratory technician roles at Anderol Inc., Stepan Company, Wyeth Ayerst Pharmaceuticals, Health Research Inc., and Marine Biological Laboratory. James holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Stony Brook University.
