Anila Augustine

Anila Augustine is an accomplished software engineering leader currently serving as the AVP of Software Engineering at Ascendion since June 2025. Prior to this role, Anila accumulated extensive experience at Holland America Line from July 2003 to June 2025, where positions held included Senior Director of Software Engineering & Technical Integrations, Director of Software & Web Applications, and several managerial roles in applications development and marketing technology. Anila's career began as a Software Developer at Tata Electric Companies in 1997, followed by a position as a Software Engineer at PCNAlert from 2000 to 2003. Anila holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from the University of Mumbai.
