Jay Pandya

Jay Pandya is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Ascendion since October 2022, Jay previously held the position of Associate Manager at Collabera Inc. from January 2018 to October 2022, where Jay contributed to the company's growth as one of the largest IT staffing firms in the U.S. Prior roles at Collabera included Delivery Lead, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter. Earlier in the career, Jay was a Recruitment Consultant at IMS People and worked as an Expenses Auditor and Computer Operator at CSC. Jay holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from M.S. University of Baroda.
