Niraj Singh

Niraj Singh is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and engineering, currently serving as Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition at Ascendion since April 2022. Prior to this role, Niraj was Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Aditi Consulting from January 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts for Fortune 500 clients. Niraj also held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Collabera Inc. from December 2015 to December 2019, focusing on recruitment and delivery. Earlier experience includes a role as Mechanical Engineer - O&M at DLF Limited, overseeing operation and maintenance of various mechanical systems. Niraj holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.
