Vidhya Swamy

Vidhya Swamy currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent Engine at Ascendion since October 2022, a company that merges digital engineering and talent solutions. Prior to this role, Vidhya held several positions at Collabera Inc. from March 2010 to October 2022, including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Delivery Manager, and Senior Account Manager in Sales. Vidhya's earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at Aditi Technologies from August 2004 to February 2010. Vidhya holds an Executive Development Program certification from the UW Foster School of Business and has earned a B.S. in Physics, Mathematics, and Electronics from Bangalore University, along with an Honors Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology.
