Alden Smith

Alden Smith is an accomplished professional specializing in health economics and outcomes research, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Ascendis Pharma since October 2018. Previous roles include Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Sanofi Genzyme and Regional Scientific Associate Director at Novartis, where expertise was applied in critical care and heart failure. Alden has extensive experience in various capacities within the pharmaceutical industry, having worked with Horizon Pharma, The Medicines Company, and Wyeth, among others.
