Lotte Bay

Lotte Bay is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ascendis Pharma since July 2019, Lotte has held various leadership positions including Director of HR & People Development and Senior Leadership Development Manager. Prior roles include HR Udviklingschef at Tryg and Arbejdernes Landsbank, as well as leading HR development at Professionshøjskolen UCC. The career began at Deloitte, progressing through HR Business Partner and HR Development Manager roles. Lotte's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management from both Henley Business School and Copenhagen Business School, alongside a Cand. merc. in Human Resource Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and additional degrees from Copenhagen Business School.
