Bogdan Dirjan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability leadership, retail development, and business management. Currently developing people and organizations at Ascendis since October 2018, Bogdan has also been a trainer since May 2018. Previously, as Director of Retail Development at Flanco Romania, Bogdan managed network expansion and identified new business opportunities. At BRD Finance IFN SA - Societe Generale, Bogdan held multiple roles from Deputy Director of Online & New Channels to Head of Marketing & Key Accounts Department, focused on developing and managing online business and overseeing client acquisition. Bogdan's educational background includes a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
