Emily Johnson has a diverse background in digital communications and customer support. Emily has experience as a Digital Communications Specialist at Ascendium Education Group and as a KnowledgeBase Student Lead Technical Writer at UW-Madison Division of Information Technology (DoIT). Emily also has experience as a Support Specialist providing technology troubleshooting for UW students, faculty, and staff during the shift to online education. As a Copy Chief at The Daily Cardinal, Emily was responsible for editing articles for grammar, accuracy, and compliance with AP Style. Additionally, Emily worked as a Student Supervisor at Wisconsin Union while obtaining their Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
