Irvin W. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior IT Infrastructure & Workstation Engineer at Ascendium Education Group since December 2023, Irvin previously contributed to Summit Credit Union as an IT Administrator in Business Technology Services, focusing on technology solutions for business needs. Additional prior roles include Senior Desktop Administrator at Promega, Senior Desktop Support Specialist at Madison Gas and Electric, and System Engineer at Dean Health Plan, Inc., where responsibilities included Windows Server support and management of client systems. Irvin's career also encompasses experience at Geek Squad, TDS Telecom, EDS, and a lengthy tenure as General Manager at McDonald's, culminating in a strong foundation in technical support and management. Irvin holds a Vocational Degree in Information Technology from PC Pro Schools and has attended Madison Area Technical College and James Madison Memorial High School.
