Will Glaser

Will Glaser is a technology leader who founded several tech startups, including Pandora Media, and currently serves on the boards of Blue Shield of California and Ascendiun. They founded Hydra Systems and Grabango, led product development at Hydra, and co-founded Pandora, where they invented the core machine-learning technology and launched the Music Genome Project. On Blue Shield of California's Board of Directors, they chair the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and serve on the Executive Committee and the Compensation & Human Resources Committee. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics from Cornell University.
