Olha Rasul

Olha Rasul has extensive work experience in the field of business analysis and software testing. Olha started their career at Alfa-Bank, where they worked as an expert in the Collection team, handling tasks such as updating clients' information, negotiating with debt clients, and reporting. Olha then joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval as a senior business/data analyst, specializing in the implementation and support of the Group Data Warehouse. Their responsibilities included gathering business requirements, coordinating with users and developers, analyzing and evaluating data, and conducting impact analysis. At EPAM Systems, Olha held various roles, including Lead Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Software Testing Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for defining testing strategies, tracking testing activities and results, developing test cases, writing technical documentation, and conducting various types of testing. Olha's responsibilities also included bug investigation, understanding project requirements, and collaborating with development teams. Olha is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at Ascendix Technologies.

Olha Rasul obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade in Kyiv. Olha attended the academy from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Project Management Foundations: Risks" and "Business Analysis Foundations" from Lynda.com in May and April 2017 respectively. Olha also obtained the certification "Requirements Elicitation for Business Analysts: Interviews" from Lynda.com in April 2017.
