Connor Reynolds is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in recruitment and client partnership, currently serving as the Manager of Recruitment Operations & Client Partner at AscendN since May 2021. In this role, Connor leads a team focused on strategic talent acquisition in the IT and SAP/ERP sectors, setting KPIs and optimizing performance to attract top-tier professionals. Previously, Connor held various recruitment positions, including Technology Recruiter at AscendN Federal and IT Recruitment Consultant at Planet121. Connor also contributed as a volunteer for the ASUG Arizona Chapter. A graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, Connor began the career journey with internships in management and accounting.
