George Martinez

George Martinez has been in the workforce for over 15 years. George started their career as a sales executive and eventually became a branch manager. In 2018, they took on the role of managing director at Ascendo Resources. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing daily operations, recruiting, and sales at a branch with over 70 clients. George also hires, trains, and coaches recruiters, on-site personnel, and sales executives. George is passionate about delivering the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates. George often visits 8 to 12 clients per week and books 8 or more appointments with prospects per week. In addition to their managerial duties, George also calculates and administers payroll for over 300 temp employees. George is responsible for maintaining and increasing the branch's weekly, monthly, and quarterly numbers. George leads the daily & weekly sales meetings and is always looking for ways to improve the branch's operations.
