Jennifer Joyce

Jennifer Joyce is a senior executive recruiter at Ascendo Resources. Prior to their current role, Jennifer was an security supervisor at S.A.F.E. Management from November 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they supervised 8-15 security and guest relations team members at various Jacksonville facilities. Jennifer reviewed supervised areas for safety concerns, trained new team members on area procedures, took guest concerns and made updates to area, provided assistance to guests when required.

Before their role at S.A.F.E. Management, Jennifer was the Assistant Director of Parent and Family Orientation at the University of North Florida from February 2017 to March 2021. In this role, they created full cycle Parent and Family Orientation that centered on onboarding family members to a university setting for first time in college (FTIC) and transfer families. Jennifer utilized Council for the Advancement of Standards (CAS) to ensure programming meet industry standards, created communications to educate family members on university life, information that will help students transition to a college student, assisted in hiring 30 First Year Experience (Orientation) mentors yearly from application until event completion, reviewed applications, resumes, and cover letters of potential student workers, utilized social media to advertise job to students on campus, traveled annually admissions recruiters around the state of Florida for recruitment events, assisted with interview rounds of potential admission coordinators and assistant directors, planned and executed annual university Family Weekend, designed various social media and marketing projects, created and analyzed surveys from events and created data presentations regarding event feedback for senior leadership, and utilized various technologies such as Canva, Banner, Ellucian CRM Recruiter, Qualtrics, and EMMA.

Jennifer Joyce has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Child Studies from the same school. Jennifer also has a High School Diploma from South Kingstown High School. In addition, they have certification from Google in Advanced Google Analytics and Hootsuite in Social Marketing Certification.

They are on a team with Steven Kitts - Director of IT, Jessica West - Director, and Lindsey Bartlett - Director, Consultant Recruiting. Jennifer Joyce reports to Eugene Holzer, Managing Partner.
