Jyothi Karthik Raja

Jyothi Karthik Raja is an accomplished analytics and AI leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Analytics and AI Officer at Ascension, from November 2019 to July 2024, Jyothi also held the role of SVP-Analytics and Chief Data Science Officer during this tenure. As a member of the Board of Directors for Asian Americans Advancing Justice | Chicago since January 2015, Jyothi contributes to community advocacy. Previously, Jyothi worked at Aon from January 2010 to October 2019, where responsibilities included Vice President of Health Solutions, Practice Head for Growth Strategy and Analytics, and Senior Practice Manager for Strategic Analytics. Additionally, Jyothi played a pivotal role in establishing Aon’s first overseas analytics division at Hewitt Associates and has developed enterprise software tools at Penn State University. Educational achievements include participation in the Deloitte US CDAO Leadership Academy and completion of the Management Development Signature Program at Aon University in collaboration with Harvard.
